Coffee

The first coffee beans have been picked and dehydrated.

As soon as the final batch is ready I will provide an update on the roasting of my coffee beans.

I am very excited. The first time I got the beans from my two coffee plants. After dehydrating it had 100g of coffee. Because it is not a large amount I gave the oven roasting method a try. Even with stirring it didn’t roast evenly, but the beans got some nice color. And the most important thing…..it tastes great!!!!!
