Blueberry & White Chocolate Jam

- Thermomix
Ingredients
- 900 g fresh blueberries
- 2 apples cored
- 500 g sugar
- 25 g jam setter
- 200 g white chocolate
Instructions
- add the white chocolate in pieces in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 10 sec / speed 7
- transfer grated chocolate into a bowl and set aside
- core apples and place it into the Thermomix bowl
- chop 10 sec / speed 7, scrape down the sides with spatula and chop again for 10 sec / spped 7
- add the blueberries, add sugar, add jam setter
- cook for 15 min / heat 100C / speed 2
- once done, add the grated white chocolate and mix 5 sec / speed 3
- fill the jam into sterilized glasses, close them and turn them upside down for 15-20 min. This will enusre the glasses will seal.
- turn the glasses back up, let them completely cool down to set.
