Welcome to Birgit’s Kitchen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Birgit’s Kitchen is my Facebook page<\/a> which I am running as Thermomix Consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story behind it is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A couple of years ago a friend invited me to her Thermomix delivery demonstration. At this time I had heard about Thermomix, but I just wasn’t interested. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Cooking Experience at my friends home I got a lot of information about this amazing machine. We were able to take turns in preparing a couple of dishes and enjoyed them at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, the price tag really scared me. It was an investment, and what if I am not using it enough to justify the price?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took me one week, a lot of research and some sleepless nights. And…… I ordered my Thermomix TM5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delivery and the personal instruction by my consultant was great. Where else do you get a kitchen machine with all the personal service. I was impressed and so excited to start using my TM5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I signed up straight away to the included 6 month subscription of Cookidoo, the Thermomix recipe platform, which transfers the recipes with all details directly to the machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is amazing. You can pick a recipe on your mobile phone during the day and in the evening, you turn on the Thermomix and you have the recipe right there. I don’t need to get a recipe book or my computer, it is all right there and it tells me what to do, step by step. How good is that after a long day at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the Thermomix is cooking my dinner, I can go into the backyard and spent some play time with my dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the dinner the machine is easy to clean. And done. Another healthy, home cooked, fresh meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My TM5 is getting a big workout and I love to prepare so many things fresh from scratch. There are so many options, just be adventurous and give it a go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And here it comes, because I love my Thermomix TM5 so much, I decided recently to add the current version, the TM6, on my kitchen bench. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As mentioned in the beginning, I never thought I would buy a Thermomix, and now I am the proud owner of two machines. They are some of my best investments I made and I can’t imagine to be without them anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will frequently post about some of the meals I am preparing in my Thermomix. And you will get an idea of the versatility of this great machine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This journey and my excitement about using the Thermomix made me join the Thermomix Consultant team. For me it is the next step of my journey. I am looking forward to share my experience using the Thermomix and see how many more people (hesitant in the beginning like me), will welcome a Thermomix on their kitchen bench.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
